Selling a Home in Destin

6. Schedule showings.

7. Negotiate offers and prepare the contract when an offer is accepted.

8. Due Diligence. The is the period where the buyer investigates the condition of the property prior to proceeding with the purchase. This is usually 7 to 14 days.

9. Financing and appraisal. If the buyer is seeking a home loan, they'll need to secure financing and have the home appraised.

10. Moving, final preparations, and closing.
